Gonna see the 'Drive-by Truckers' tonight across the river in Kentucky and watch the fireworks!

Everybody be safe . . .don't want to see any threads Monday morning . . "Blew my finger off, but Mustang is OK! "

Yeah I took those pictures, from the top of Mount Wilson. Thanks for the compliment. It's taken by the Sony DSC-V1. It has been the best pro-sumer digital camera I have gotten to use, IMHO. Though, I'd sell my soul for a Canon EOS-1D Mark II
That and the next Cobra...

By the way, the pictures were a LOT clearer before they were made web ready.

Yep, I agree with the Canon, you gotta love legacy lenses!

I went to http://www.americanvillage.org for the fireworks and pretend Ben Franklins and such. PLUS the fireworks.
it was amusing. Best part- I got to pretend I was Earnhardt getting out of there. I think I ticked off a couple of minivans. I got pole position, I was getting out of there. Fooey for them for being slow. Next years mad dash out of the lot will be even more fun.
