I'm sure some of you have already figured this out but I thought I would share.
To make a few bucks easily save up $32,000 and go to the "tuner" section. Then go to the HPA company. Go to the "see full model" icon at the bottom right and buy the HPA VW Golf R32.
It has over 500 hp and is 4wd and will allow you to win quite a few races with it.
I saved up and then bought a centennial white Ford GT, which is now up to 838 HP and pulls through the 1/4 mile at 8.845 seconds.

Other than Formula 1, the car that I used the most was Chevrolet Camaro LM Race Car. So fast, I never lost with that car.

Then I won it again....
I really enjoy the B-spec version of the game. That can be really fun!

Easiest way to make money is to go to SPECIAL CONDITION HALL, 2nd race from the top (Rally d' Capri), both races are very easy. You'll get Toyota RSC Rally Raid Car, sell it, its worth a lot of money.
I passed everything other than Driving Missions 11-32 and other than on those 24-hours races I never used B-Spec. When I was done (other than Driving Missions 11-32), I had like $9 mill so I bought all domestic cars and many classic imports.

Yeah, I was pretty frustrated but oh well. I'll just keep plugging away at it. I was only 5% through the game so it wasn't an enormous deal.
