I have an iphone, but only because my wife said hers was useful for work. I use it to call people.
I don't get the whole loyalty to phones. They're phones. Brand loyalty makes idiots out of otherwise sensible people.

I've never had any issues with the 2 iPhones I've had personally nor the half dozen or so the family has. And none of us have ever cracked a screen because we frankly we're not morons
And yes it's just a phone and works well for the wide and teenagers. An I know how to use this one so why switch when it does everything I need and more?

Yeah for those us that need to do spreadsheets on our phones. Me? I just use it for phone calls, texting, and general Internet browsing. Can't think of much else I'd need one for? All the "cool" things you can do with android is just a novelty that after the first day.

Hey guys I could use some info while ya'll are talking about phones. I am looking for a new phone, I have a iphone 4 right now and dont want another one; just not happy with the iphone. I currently have Spring (so unlimited talk, text, web) and use the phone mostly for music, text, and web, only use maybe 100 minutes a month on talk. Now lets talk about what I want:
BT (connect to my '11 and Focus)
keyboard (miss having one)
good camera
expandable memory ability
under $150
Right now I was kinda leaning towards the HTC EVO 4G I think it was, slider with keyboard. Feedback? Better options?
Thanks

On Sprint, you're limited to the Motorola Photon, LG Mach, Kyocera Rise, and a pre-owned Samsung Epic.
If I were to choose one of those, I would go for the Motorola. I like Moto phones for one reason, excellent reception. People will complain about them about build quality or whatever else, but you can't beat them for a signal in weak areas. From experience, LG has the worst reception. I have LG now, but it works for me in the areas i'm in so i'm okay with it.
The Kyocera on Sprint only has 512K ram, so stay away from that one.
So if you want a keyboard, then your two options would be either the LG or Moto. If you can do without the keyboard, then that opens up a lot more choices and decisions.

Just from my experiences as well as my circle of friends.
Like I said I could use android just fine, I'd like to be able to tether, I just prefer the iPhone. iOS 7 will be out soon enough and I'll jailbreak. Then I can turn my phone into a S4 and be part of the "master race".

If you want a keyboard, that will bring your options down to a very limited few.

I haven't really had a chance to check out all those phones, but the ones I did look at seemed pretty old/crappy. Having a keyboard severely limits your choices...
In other news...I've been waiting a week, but these finally came in.![Woot](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/woot.gif)
