Well I wasn't sure what the H it was with him wearing a sunnybeach shirt I did not like it But the original Nothing beats the REAL thing.

I am still not sold on this reunion. Will they only be together to capitalize on the Hall of Fame induction? And then go their seperate ways when the hype has worn off? What do you guys think?

 

 

Its unfortunate that this tour doesn't include Michael Anthony.

I don't know how long this reunion will last before Eddie and DLR are at each other's throats again. I don't expect anymore VH albums though, maybe the odd single here or there

 

If he comes to Florida I have to see him!!!!

Sammy came to Tampa last summer and put on one hell of a show for about 90min, then took a break and came back with "The Other Half", basically Sammy & Michael w/Sammy's band - KICK *** I think the only DLR-era VH song they did was "Runnin' With The Devil", and MA sang that right at the beginning of the set. I think Sammy is in his late '50s and the man opened the show with a scream, belted out a majority of the songs he's best known for, and had a ball the entire time

The closest to Florida they are playing is Charlotte, North Carolina, which is my birthtown.....and I have family there, so I could go, maybe.

Wonder how much tickets will be

Reunion or not I doubt I would go. David Lee Roth played in my area a few years ago. He was either drunk or high on something. He could hardly sing and then was escorted off the stage half way through the set. Basically during the entire performance he was being boo'd. I'd prefer to see Van Halen come back with Sammy Hagar.

That bluegrass crap David did just made me lose all faith in that guy.

 

I personally thought they were crap when they were popular the first go round. I sure don't care about a reunion tour now. JMO~
