Now that warm weather is approaching I get to do one of my favorite things....ride the motorcycle. Anyone have one? What kind?

I have a 1997 Honda CBR 900rr and a 1999 Ducati 996s. Love them both and spend as much time on them as I do in my Stang.

I ride it everynow and then...but that's just crazy. I'll keep my four wheels thank you.

I agree with you 100%. Im even jealous because I live in NJ and will probably never get to cruise a strip of road that looks like that.

ionchild, I sold it to pay for a garage/wedding/honeymoon. I miss it sooooo much. I'm thinking of picking something (anything) up so I can ride this summer. I'm getting the itch again, big time.

 

yes that was an awesome ride (above pic) me and some buds rode from phoenix AZ through mounument valley (pic) to moab, utah and then durango CO. It was a great trip... my friend sat in the middle of the highway and took that pic.

This is the toughest decision I have ever had to make. :bang:

 

i bet it is a tough decision... i dunno i have always said id sell my car before my bike, but i guess that is not always practical for everyone (kids etc)

plus if you have a need for speed you can hot rod a twin cam pretty good...

 

My dad said he would sell me back my bike, and its got a few nice mods, and beleive me, I am considering it.

Gonna take her for a spin tomorrow, I will make a decision then.

I have a small fortune tied up in extras on that bike. if I get it back, a 1550 kit is in the near future, as well as a hypercharger and worked heads.

See? I am already making plans......

Really....what do you do? I could ride at work if they'd let me. Maybe one day.

 

service technician (mechanic) for a harley-davidson dealer... so i work on em and do test rides etc.. i ride all the bikes i work on.
