I got home last night to a very big bump under my front door mat. This is what was inside.

Sorry for the crappy quality, all I had was my camera phone. I'll get a better digital camera and take good pictures this weekend.

The LL car has the dark charcoal interior, and the RF has the parchment.

I got both from diecastmuscle.com for $58 each plus shipping.

They're limited to 3000 copies of each, and these are the only 2 colors they advertised when I first signed up for them (a couple months ago).

If they make one in Sonic Blue, I'll definitely be getting that, but don't know when that'll happen.

Based on the fact that you probably won't remove them from the box. Just incase you have, how's the quality ?

I will be taking better photos tonight, out of the box. There are some good pictures on the diecastmuscle.com website, too. I just looked there again, and forgot that I got a better price for pre-ordering them, they're listed at $76.45 now.

Through the box, the detail looks really good, I'll give them a through once and twice over tonight.

My Legend Lime arrived yesterday also #384. I took it out of the box to examine.

This thing is amazing

The detail is remarkable.

Other than the wheels and it being a stick, it's almost a complete match to the one sitting in the driveway!

I've finally taken some pictures. The detail is great, I really like the carpet, and the console details.

I've got RF #1248 and LL #441.

Last two. No Shaker 1000 sub box in the trunk.

The frame took me a little while to figure out, but it does a good job keeping the box solid.

Fanblades and intake cover. This toy has more options than the real thing!

My Legend Lime #482 arrived earlier this week.

One day I'll buy the 1:1 scale model.

I just ordered one of these die casts! It should pacify me until the "full size" version arrives.

My just-recieved redfire is #2262. This is by far the nicest diecast in my collection to date. the paint is perfect, the shutlines between the body panels are as nice as the full scale car, the wheels spin like they have real bearings. awesome. Too bad the suspension doesn't function, but it doesn't matter.

I pay attention to this stuff because we have owned only an assortment of German cars (1:1) for the last 5 years, which have beautifully constructed bodies/chassis (their electrical subsystems are another matter entirely ) so you start to notice these important details.

I read somewhere (maybe diecast Mustang) that more colors are coming.

Hi all,

Just received mine # 696 (Legend Lime). The detail is amazing! And the steering wheel actually turns when you move the front wheels!

But I've run into a few issues:

1) The drivers door is very loose and wobbles and does not stay closed like the passenger door.
2) The hood does not stay up on it's own does anyone elses ?

I've sent an email to diecastmuscle.com we'll see what they do for me. Other then the issues above it's a VERY good model, too bad it doesn't have a parchment interior

Thanks

Ben

bump. Anyone else have this issue ? Granted it is a model but for $75US which I paid I would expect the it to function properly ??..

Oh and paint on the model is perfect. Very well done.

Thanks,

Ben
