Unless, of course, you drove something like a reliant robin lol.

My first car, a 2000 Chrysler 300m. Everyone called it "the grandma car", but it was a great car. Very comfortable and a good looking car, I think. Unfortunately the aftermarket was/is really bad for that particular car so I was very limited to what I was able to do, but I was a poor college student anyway.

My first vehicle was a 1987 XR7 Mercury Cougar.. Everything in that car was power and none of it worked. :/ Windows were stuck up, a/c/heat didn't work, couldn't see my speedometer and i couldn't listen to my radio or charge my phone. I miss that cat.

My first car was a 1962 nova convertible 6 cal, automatic, manual top, radio & heater. If I were not a stupid teenager at the time I would still have that car.

1994 Camry LE automatic (with alloy wheel package )

Bought it knowing it was slow but quite reliable so that I would have less chance of killing myself as I knew I was a speed addict... it worked. I'm still here and I only got 1 ticket while I had the car.

I have progressively bought faster, more fun cars:
'94 Camry --> '02 Maxima --> 02 TL Type S --> '02 Audi S4 --> 2014 Mustang GT

Clearly I liked 2002 model year cars

My first car was a 1984 Ford LTD 3.8L V6 / 3-spd auto
It had 45412 miles on it when I test drove it, and 45423 miles on it when it got home for the first time.
Yes, I remember the exact mileage.
3 years later when I traded it in, it had about 84k on the clock.
I beat the crap out of it during those 3 years, as any 17-year old would, and the car just kept asking for more.
My next car? Another Ford

These pics are from a trip to Acadia Nat'l Park in Maine.

Stopped to check the oil and took a pic:

Drove it out to a small island that you can only drive to when the low tide is happening. At high tide the "roadway" that leads to the island is a few feet under water:

Cops loved my bumper sticker, lol ... OK, maybe not

I had two stickers on my first car. The one said 'Lost your cat try looking under my tires?' and the other said 'If we have a tourist season then why can't we hunt them?'.

'66 Dodge Charger that I bought for $900 in '72 a couple months before I turned 16 and got my drivers license. I'd been saving my money for years. Powder blue. It was a boat and didn't handle all that great, but I had a great time driving it. Had bucket seats in both front and back. Got my first ticket within two months of getting my drivers license. I think my dad regretted letting me buy it within two minutes of making the deal. Except for the darker blue, this is it.
