Xpel Ultimate (clear bra) installed on my Acura
Am VERY happy with the new Xpel Ultimate. I had 3M on it prior, but stumbled upon an opportunity to have it installed by my buddy and his excellent detailing/Xpel shop. The film is optically clear/transparent, self-healing (no more scratches or swirls), and way more durable. It comes with a 10 year warranty, along with excellent customer service. I didn't realize how BAD the 3M film was, for example, until he redid my headlights. My headlights look literally brand new. I didn't know how "hazy" the 3M film was getting (or probably always was)
.
Anyways, I had the hood, fenders, front grill, front bumper, rockers, and doorcups done. My car looks brand new again.
I also got a fresh detail from him...nothing like getting your car detailed by someone you can TRUST.
Only problem is.... now I have to get Marilyn and Portia's films redone too.

^ lol... yeah, I agree Tom. I'm a matte finish guy too. He was just showing me his new product, which is anti-sling. So it stays that way, until dirt and dust dull it out. Pretty cool actually. It stays shiny for the most part. But I agree, matte. I always do matte. I figured I'd let him go nuts on it
