...nor ever consider one in the future from this point forward. This news just makes me so angry, I don't even know where to begin to elucidate all the things wrong with this idea.

Perhaps the most obvious one is that Chery vehicles are possibly the worst automotive junk on the planet.

 

I would never buy a Chrysler because of bad transmissions. My Intrepid has 96,000 miles and needs new transmission.

 

Is Chery the maker of that horrible SUV that couldnt withstand a pole at 40 miles per hour? The video was just horrondous.

 

I used to be a Mopar man through and through. I waited since 1984 for a rear drive V8 coupe, which looks like is finally going to happen in a few years (the Challenger). But I was totally through with them when Bob Eaton sold Chrysler out to Daimler. "Merger of Equals" ? Yeah right....

I still have one of my '60s A-body 2 doors ( a Valiant) and a Mopar small block V8 in my 240Z though.
