Where to find Motorcraft full synthetic oil??

Besides going to the dealer and paying through the nose!?!? All auto parts stores and Walmart only carry synthetic blend oil, is there any other place that carries it? Been using Mobil 1 but thinking of switching to Motorcraft..

I thought the feord stuff was all part syn.... shows what I know. That is all I have ever seen. As a side note autozone and advanced auto parts has started carrying their own full syn oil. I asked who makes it for them and nither store could answer that question.

I checked online, amazon and ebay are the ones that show up mostly..but would rather buy it in a store instead of waiting a week for it. Might have to just have the dealer change it out and see what the damages are..

There are two Motorcraft oil types, a semi-synthetic (or synthetic blend) and a full synthetic.

Motorcraft 5w20 Synthetic Blend XO.5W20.QSP List: $5.39/qt
Motorcraft 5w20 Full Synthetic XO.5W20.QFS List: $7.86/qt

I really dont think, especially compared to Mobil/Amsoil, that that is "paying through the nose". If you're dealer is charging you more than that you need to find another dealer.

Btw, im a retail parts consultant for a Ford dealer, so thats where im pulling those prices from.

Ok dealer just quoted me the same for a quart of full synthetic so that's not bad.. Now that I see the difference in price a quart, I'm pondering another question..... I've been using full synthetic since 10K (now at 125k), what would be the drawbacks or negative things to switching to a synthetic blend oil? Service guy at the dealer told me it's ok to switch, just don't go back and forth between full and blend..

Full synthetic is pricey and I don't race the car or drive it hard much, daily driver. Just hoping nothing happens after I put a synthetic blend in..don't want to use conventional oil at all though.
