I ordered some parts back on 4/2 and I still haven't recieved anything. Not even a shipment confirmation. My order confirmation and credit card payment both with through on the 2nd. I called on Thursday and the guy told me that they where just waiting on some parts from Steeda.

I told him that I could have bought them from Steeda myself if it was going to take this long. I even paid for shipping. They say 10 business days. This is rediculous. Maybe I'm just a little high strung and anxious.

Either way...are they known for bad service?

I ordered an oil cap cover, radiator cap cover, fuse box cover, door pin locks and valve stem caps.

I ordered a Steeda part from NorthCoast on March 31 and I still don't have it yet and Steeda has had them in stock all along. Apparently it just arrived at NorthCoast in a regular shipment rather than being shipped direct to me; supposedly Steeda's mistake. I was advised it shipped out to me on Friday but I haven't seen a tracking number yet.

Have not had business with them but from my personal experience (sadly), if I find a good dealer, I will stick with them. Too many experiences where you wait forever, they send you the wrong part and then its "your problem" to fix it.
