Love the wheels, hate the scoops.

dont mind the hood scoop(besides the fact that Chevy appears to have lifted it DIRECTLY off of the SRT-10), but the side scoops look like the most tacked on peices of crap in the world.

I think the pic is just a C6 that's been photoshopped. If those are the real tech specs (those power #'s have been confirmed by Autoweek), the Viper is in serious trouble.

Just so you guys know these pics have been around a few weeks.

From DigitalCorvettes.com

GM had two goons - Mr Duran and Mr Chiros arrive on my doorstep this evening. They carried with them a folder of evidence. Seems they think I stole their property by posting the copy of a link on a forum with a question "Is this old C6 news". The gentlemen were not satisfied with my answer that "I simply posted a link I found". And left me with this comment".

General Motors will not let this lie - and we will spend millions of dollars to prove a point. Nice guys we are dealing with hey. So I guess I am off to secure a lawyer tomorrow.

Yep, he wasn't joking! The proof!!!

Side scoops are horrible. The rest is okay looking in my opinion.

I don't like the side scoops or hood scoop. They look out of place on the C6.

They should add the rear brake ducts like they did with the C5 ZO6.

The new C6 is HOT! The new Corvette would not be allowed to be sold in Europe with the pop-up headlights (pedestrian regulations coming out...no protruding things from the front of the car). Bob Lutz wants to sell the C6 in Europe.

Read how GM is treating this Corvette owner...

Gees what a surprise an over priced gaudy vehicle coming from GM as Chevy's Halo car. Such a shame.

Flame away, but I love Vettes.. C5 more than C6. But, I'm not really digging the Z06 at all. HP is nice and everything, but I'd rather mod a Cobra up to Vette performance numbers than have the new C6.

The hip line is about the only thing i like on that car, and thats becuase it looks lifted off a GT40. The rest of it screams Ferrari cross-bred with Acura.

I'm with ya. The C6 is the only vehicle from GM I'd buy. The GTO and CTS-V are fugly IMO and there really isn't anything else worth considering.
