How did I know that when I went to that article I was going to see Micheal Waltrip's face? That guy takes more money from promations and publicicty events that Kenny Wallace!!!...which I bet will the the next guy to do toyota. They were lokking for someone with a big name, but really no carreer to do it....they found their man. No Offenece MW fans...but really...he was nothing before DEI, and he wont be anything after them either.

I don't care for NASCAR anymore, its all about money and its boring unless you're at the race and when you're at it all u can do is watch em race, theirs not much else to do, I had more fun at FFW. Micheal Waltrip...hhaha, what a shocker

It's a specially built pushrod V8 that's not sold in any of their production vehicles. Here's an article about it.

I'm not going to go into a 'NASCAR' rant, but why not just have a spec motor (which there are rumors regarding) and just have stickers on the cars . . . kind of like NHRA Funny Cars, and save these car companies the estimated $75M a year each spends on NASCAR.

And how bad does Toyota want to be considered an American Company?!

I've got to agree with Evil_Capri. NASCAR better just admit to everyone that it is going to become a spec car series with spec engines, chassis and bodies and move on. I thought it was bad enough when they let car models that have only 4 doors run in NASCAR but now this is just the end of the line.

Let's pull the fat lady out of the closet and let 'er sing!

Used to be a Nascar fan up until about 4 or so years ago. Can't stand it now.
