Top Gear Viper

Last night, Top Gear did a great article on the new Viper. For once, Sleepy doesn't seem to be on the ball! Jeremy got the Viper to write it's own name on the tarmac!
Maybe Sleepy will have it soon......

These guys have it. I warn you, the server is slow unless if you are willing to pay for gold membership. You have to register to download it btw.

He didn't mention the two cars in the same article, but he made a point that the 8.3 litre makes ONLY 500bhp (he's getting/got a GT). I know over here the Viper will be a lot more available than the GT, and cheaper by about £35k ($62k), so you cannot really compare the two completely.

Right, just gone TG website and they have a very small write up :
Dodge Viper
The old Dodge Viper was made out of bits Dodge had left lying around, such as bin bags, bits of railway and lorries. The new Viper is different. For a start it's not called a Viper: it's been given the snappy name "SRT-10". It features exciting new automotive developments, including, but not limited to, "windows", "a place at the back to put stuff" and "a roof".
All in all it is a miracle of modern car design, and should also keep you dry and warm. Not only is it a little more practical, it is also a little faster. In fact its new 8.3 litre engine will use all of its 500bhp to move you to 60mph in 3.9 seconds and to a final top speed of 195mph. You can see how quick the Viper was on our power lap page.
The lap was a wet one at 1.28.5, quicker than the Carrera S (also a wet lap), so held itself up well!
(That should satisfy Doug until Sleepy wakes up!)

Their videos are top quality and they have more than Sleep Fish has ever had. They just have a slow server unless if you want to pay for full membership, then you get special privliages. I already downloaded the eps. so if you want I can send it to one of you guys and one of you could host it. My MSN name is StevenJ61@aol.com

i love the panels on fire..thats hilarious.
"it does handle in the most extraoridinary way..you get miles and miles of grip and then when you've reached the limits of adhesion..............it kills you!"
Classic stuff!
One thing..I am always amazed at the production value TG has. and they always have the best music playing too!
BTW does anyone know the artist and song playing when Jeremy writes Viper on the pavement?
