I just picked up the latest Top Gear magazine. Jeremy Clarkson has a bit in it where he talks about the contest he had on the show.

In the contest Jeremy was to drive a car from england to the swiss alps and richard and James were to take a Jet plane to get there. Jeremy contended he could do it faster in a car. so the race was on.

It was a fantastically dramatic episode of top gear. I was rivited. Anyway the car Jeremy drives in the race is a Ferarri 612 Scaglietti...the ugliest Ferrari ever made.

Now the part that relates to this board and ford.....in the article Jeremy talks about some of the cars he thought about using before the ferrari was considered. Welp his first choice was a Ford F150 Lightning.

I thought that was pretty cool..it would have been crazy wild if he had used the Lightning....is was crazy wild in the Ferrari.

BTW Jeremy beat them to the swiss alps...passed them at about 500yds from the hotel.
