Tire pressure question

I am trying to figure out the recommended inflation pressure for the tires of an 08 F-350. It says on the doorjamb 65 psi cold for the front and 80 psi cold for the rear. Are those the max pressures or the recommended pressures?
Thanks.

Reccomended air pressure for your vehicle, max pressure is branded on the sidewall of the tire. Its worth noting that your vehicle has been tuned to operate with the 15 psi split, changing that split front to rear can produce different handling (and not nessecarily in a good way). Unfortunately most if not all light truck tires are not designed to hold more than 80 PSI (Load Range E) so if your looking to improve some aspect of the tires operation (rolling resistance seems to be a favorite now'a days) its not really possible without compromising the safety of the tires or vehicle.

The only number I see, whether it be on the side wall or the doorjamb, are 80/65 and I think those are max pressures. I dont want to put in max pressure.
