I kinda like the US TopGear. I may be biased because I like Tanner. I think the bigger guy has a funny personality (forget his name)

 

Adam Ferrara is my favorite out the bunch but that might just be because he was on rescue me. Got that NY ******* attitude too.

 

Rutledge is the best of the three by a ways.


Either way, TGUK is still leaps and bounds better. (no arguing that US is only 2 seasons in, dont wanna hear it. You either have it or dont)

That is where I know him from and why I like him. Too bad the U.S. Top Gear is garbage.

 

I like the US version. Yeah, Tanner is a better driver than host but I have been digging it so far.

I DVR both and just haven't felt like watching the UK version lately. Those guys give me a headache sometimes.

 

In that case, TG UK should've been canceled after the first few seasons. Because it was just horrible.

 

I like him because he's fearless. Rut's a big slowpoke unless his car has a HUGE performance advantage, Adam doesn't know he shouldn't be going as fast as he is most of the time.

 

Can't wait to see Pinto in the next episode.

 

I wish they would have shown an actual comparison of the cars.. Tanner is a pro and can runs circles around these guys....

 

i dont know if any of you have Twitter but you can talk to the 3 hosts on there... or at least Adam will reply back. lol. he was cool & answered all the questions i asked him. he says his favorite challenge out of all the episodes hes done is the one coming this Tuesday. he also says off-camera he drove a 700hp Mustang and i believe labeled that as his favorite test drive... although again that was off-camera.

 

There's a pretty good story on Saab on the last UK episode.

 

Was a good story indeed. I think it may also offer a teensie bit of insight why Ford's relationships with its purchased brands had such rocky times.

 

I was actually surprised that Jeremy didn't blame GM for what happened at Saab.

 

the hosts had a much better relationship than the three on US do. That's what I meant.

Also, the US version really needs to try something new and fresh. I feel like I've seen most of the tests already and kinda know what jokes are coming.

 

In season 1 they actually had Jason Dowe instead of James May.
He was just too boring ...

 

This past US episode just proves how much of a cry baby tanner is. Whining when he flipped his car over and being a sore loser.

 

Well i mean he's a professional driver and an error like that really brings those types of guys down. If you think Tanner's a sore loser go watch "Battle of the Supercars" on youtube or something. Terry (i think thats his name) is one cocky SOB and i hate his attitude. One of the best open wheel racers ive seen though.

 

I think it was all for fun, each one of them was trying to show that their car was not the worst.
