As if this show didn't have enough against it now they pair up with the wrestling of motorsports.

Guess I'll be continuing to tune into TG UK and TG OZ.

 

who is in charge of this show direction... they need to shut down and retool. enough is enough. Iknow many people here like that kinda racing butI find it more then boring. I will leave it at that

 

All racing is cool in my book I like some better than others. That said I'm glad they used the nation wide cars as they at least look like cars we can drive with the mustang an challenger in the series now and maybe GM could flesh out a camaro for us .. I hope it works for them though .. Question for ya is where do you pick up TG OZ in the states? Thx

Not they couldn't change their minds, but GM feels that would devalue (rightly so IMO) the Camaro brand so this instant they are totally against putting Camaro in NASCRAP.

Honestly, I cant see where sticking something vaguely Mustang on the nose of a COT does anything for the Mustang brand. The only thing these cars share in common is being RWD with a live axle, beyond that its a mish-mash of parts based on 50 year old designs by Ford (rear end) and GM (suspension) with powerplants manufactured purely for this race series.

 

Reading the comments... I LOVE the LeMons Challenge idea for all 3 TG teams!

Seriously doubt that'll happen, though, with the UK teams well-established record of stacking the deck. Or, with the Oz team, stacking the cars!

 

Few years ago Jeremy Clarkson had a documentary "The Good The Bad & The Ugly" where he compared European best vs the USA "best". It was bunch of nonsense of course, but I would love for TG USA to do a remake, this time with real best the USA cars. No more Escalade vs Range Rover off road or testing Mustang V6 and saying it's a V8 ...
I would love to see Wrangler vs Niva, Mustang Boss 302 vs M3, CTS-V vs M5 ...
