How much did F40 cost when it was brand new?

I think the F40 MSRP was about $400k. So, this lowest mile in the world example might have doubled in value after umpteen years...that's pretty impressive but no where near as impressive as the the Reventon which nearly doubled as a brand new car.

I beleive it was $400-500k when new list price. But to take actual possesion of an imported vehicle through proper channels was $1 million.

That price sounds about right.

Also, if I remember correctly, to buy it new back then, the person interested on getting one had to at least owned some Ferrari's over the years, 10 if I recall. Only brand loyal buyers were considered to get them.

And there were only supposed to be what? 200 of them? Ended up with a lot more than that many examples when all was said and done. Made a lot of ruckus from the people who put down a very generous down on a car that turned out to be much less unique than they had expected.

You have to see it in person.

Then you'll realize that it is even fuglier than you thought it was.

I like the Lambo. Completely stealthy. That has to be able to dodge radar.
