darn it! I wanted to post about Confederate but you beat me to it! Before I came a car guy, I was a big crusier chopper guy. Ah like I'll ever get the ***** and low risk insurance to own one! Anyway, Confederate bikes are nuts! They are the American sport bike. It's a lot like a two wheeled pony car! The owner of Confederate Motorcycles basically thought up what type of motorcycles we would be riding to day if the Confederacy had won the American Civil war. Who knew some crazzy redneck could have such great passion and beauty for creating such a superb bike?

heheh sorry to steal your thunder steve. I always thought of Buell as the american sport bike..these conferderates are way to artsy for just a sport bike. These are wonderful bikes for sure. I think the buell is a bit more in my reach and awesome in it's own right

That is true. And Buells are the first production sport bikes to hold their fuel in their frame, I believe. They are very advanced little bikes and are under ratted. But Confederate is the Panoz to Harley's Buell is to a Mustang.
