Nothing. That's a good thing. But actually buying one this soon ... Maybe he does have good reason, I don't know, that's why I was asking him.

Get an 89-92 GT if you plan to supercharge it, they come with forged internals, the 93 doesnt. Any would still be great though.
Didn't the 93 Cobra come with ford Gt pistons?

Your first car normally is not your dream. Iwanted a Datsun 240Z for my first car but that obviously didn't happen! Im working on getting a 240Z currently!

I vote 1999 Honda Civic Sedan Dark Green

OMG I did my math wrong. 23 years old would mean 7 years.

Geez... send me back to preschool

To make me feel better though, my wife turned is 25 But then again she doesn't have any gray hair like I do. Yes, I'm serious GRAY HAIR. I have a nice sized tuft in front and on my sides

It makes you look distinguished. Or at least that's what my mom told me to tell my dad. And don't feel bad about your math, I based mine off yours, so I am only at 6 years. Thanks for making me feel young again!

After those words of "encouragement" I think I better run... :hiding:

I personaly think you should do what im giong to do. Find you a nice toyota or nissan and drive it until you get out of school and then get what you want. This came to my mind since I will proably wreck the first car I own since I will be an inexperienced driver. I wanted a ranger but after seeing that they cost about $10k I decided against it since If I wreck it I would be out $10k opposed to say $3-5K for a toyota or nissan.

One thing is for sure though, when I get finished with all my schooling Ill have me a Mustang and I will be a more experiened driver and I will be better off money wise.

This is definately something to think about.
