That thing is too **** busy visually.

But I'll give it credit for the floor mounted gas pedal. That's old school.

Love the rear, love the sides, love the interior (colours not withstanding).......but the front is just not aggresive enough.....it's just too swept back, like it's had too many facelifts. They need to get back to the shark-nose look....

However, saying all that, it's 100 times nicer than the current car

I actually kind of like the current M6, but not so much the standard 6's. I would have to see this one in person before I can judge.

Starting to look a bit too much like Joan Rivers.

A huge step forward. Is BMW actually starting to build cars that are actually good looking again (rather than different, challenging, artistic, avant garde, whatever)? Still a bit fussy in some area's but not the over-styled, self-consciously self-indulgent designs of the Bungle era. Just a lot more balanced and cohesive rather than a bunch of individual styling exercises flying around in loose formation.

PS All BMWs (at least the cars) have their gas pedals hinged at the floor.

Looking at the front end, almost thought it was a MB SL. Toss the grille and the spinner badge, replace with 3-pointed star. Done.

Agreed.

Side note: All recent BMW's I've driven have the floor mounted gas pedal. I like this as well!
