While I was drinking my morning coffee and watching Speed Channel I saw the show "Tuner" and they modified an SRT-4 Neon and the guys first words when he saw his modified car was he was going to take the Mustangs at the track. The next show, "Sports Car Revolution" a basic neon with some performance parts added on, first thing the guy said when he saw the dyno was how it would put Mustangs on their trailers at the track. Yeah, and we don't tweak our cars.

Nice to know the aspire to try and beat Mustangs. I didn't hear a peep about any other cars they were after.

 

I saw these shows and I think that you would roll a SRT 4 NEON on a tough rally course before you would roll a Mustang. I put one of those cars on 2 wheels once just to test how stable they could be.

 

His exact words were "Munch Mustangs"

and only a .89g skid pad after coil over mods.

i know, prolly not. but i had to say it he's a big muscle car nut like me but he drives the Neon cuz he lives far from skoo n needs an economy car.

BTW what do the SRT4s get n the 1/4? hp/tq?
