I am thinking it is a 1940s or early 50s concept or one off coach built car. It reminds me of the Frazer Nash cars.

It is post WWII. It is European. And the body was designed by Ghia. Though the car was made by a very well known company for that time.

This was a tough one! I would never have gotten it without the Ghia hint & it was still tough.

I thought it was a British car because steering wheel is on the "wrong" side.

Looks like an old Mercedes with a '66 Comet nose! Or maybe a Sunbeam?

Similar headlights were used on Plymouths and AMCs in the mid to late 60s.

Any connections?

It's a Rambler, pre-AMC I think. Not sure of the model though...
