It is Italian, but not Alfa. It was a partnership between a very common and large Italian auto maker and a smaller company that has since gone out of business (1989).

Your half right. It is Fiat 850 based with a body by another company that existed from 1925 to 1989. This one is a '67.

I did not think this one would be that tough. "In 1965, the XXXX emerged at the usual venue, the Turin Motor Show. It was based on the Fiat 850, powered by Fiat's 47-hp, 843 cc engine and was clothed in a body which shared many lines with the Fiat Dino."
