It was produced from 1958 until 1976 and it could be ordered as a 10-seat minibus or a cargo van.
It's was based on GAZ-21 Volga, but it's not Russian.
Company was named after the capital and the largest city of one of former Soviet republics.

As soon as I saw it I though it was Russian based. How about a RAF (Riga Autobus Factory) 977 microbus? Funny...I had a somewhat similar van planed for the next one.
