I TAKE ISSUE WITH THAT ANSWER !!!
It is an early '70s model. 1973 to be exact.
The obvious clue is the round headlights. They switched to rectangular in 1975, so it has to be "early 70s".
As a former Olds owner I find this to be another example of "they all are just the same big boats" attitude.
Shame on you guys.

 

Dude if it means that much to you can have my next turn. We are somewhat relaxed on the year in this game...and on some of the other rules on occasion too. Not sure why it angered you so much though. Maybe you are joking, I can't tell.

 

These were primarily used as postal vehicles and government vehicles. Less than 7000 were made.

A matter of fact, I probably would not have even mentioned it except for the "late 70's" part.
Back then, the rectangular headlight thing was like HIDs are today. It was a BIG deal.
