Easy to do . They've been doing fake Ferrari car for years.

Fiero-Ferrari's heh. Hell there are legal kits you can buy to turn a Fiero into a 355 look alike so why the fuss I wonder. As long as they didn't market it as a true Ferrari, other than the "stolen goods" I see no other crime.

Ferrari has made it very clear to everyone in Italy that they will not stand to have replicas of their cars driving around in their home country. Even replicas that are decades old have had to flee the country, because raids of homes suspected to have fake Ferraris have become "common". It's scary stuff for the people who have well made replicas.
