I don't know if anyone else has posted this yet. I was playing around with the "Build & Price" Fusion page and I came across the "Future Options" page (see attached image). Most notable are the "All Wheel Drive", "Manual Transmission w/ V6", and "18 inch Wheel" options.

Awesome! They've added the All wheel drive, Manual w/ the v6 and the 18" wheels since the last time I pulled that site up.

Let's just hope Ford gets enough positive input to decide to include those options!

Wonder if those options are a precursor to a SVT version?

It could be. They're listing them as separate options with prices so it appears they're thinking they might be options on the non-SVT version. It'd be pretty cool to get the 3.5L V6, manual tranny, and AWD in the base car.

wow, that would be a nice set of options available on a mid-size car.

Andy, it is a really great looking car. I like this car a whole lot, but I don't think I could ever take one for my demonstrator when I can get a V6 Mustang. I love driving my Mustang.

I like the Fusion, sharp looking car. Hopefully it does as well for Ford as the Taurus did.
There seems to be some nice options on it.

Fusion is a real car. Anyone have any idea when that 3.5 will make it in? I'm hoping to see that engine land in the Escape as well.
