For anyone who doesn't know, this is a smart Roadster (smart being the brand and Roadster the car)



They sell these in Mexico, and I think its around $18000 to $24000 US. How difficult and costly would it be to get one to Illinois? Has anyone done this before?

Info, the Roadster meets all Federal safety standards except its size, its small...
