Some import cars last a REALLY long time Though I find it only to be common in the older ones (90-95), the newer ones don't hold up as well. For example I heard on the radio a guy who had a Toyota pick up with 250,000 miles on it and he never did more then change spark plugs and the oil, my families 03 Toyota pickup on the other hand will never make it past 60K. I can't speak for all imports but the newer Toyota's we have owned have had some pretty large issues with them(Tranny and Cams).

Acura, my wife has loved their cars for about 10 years. She's in love with the new TL, I'd get it for her but it's way too expensive. ALl a TL is, is a beefed up Accord with a different looked exterior, WHY IS IT SO MUCH MORE!?
