Invoice on a red GT coming in will be $145,900.00. Retails at $157,095.00. Some of the options include a $2600 gas gusler tax, a $4000 sound system, $3500 for the wheels, $5000 for the racing stripes, and $750 for painted brakes from Ford. Sorry again if it is old news, Just passing on the info!

 

Base MSRP is $139,995 I think.

It's actual a little over Invoice. But you know they will not be selling it for that. We already have an offer for $50,000 over!!

Over on the other Mustang site, somebody at a dealership posted that they were getting two of them. Both had been presold for $150K over! Don't know if it's true or not.

Reminds me of when the NSX first came out, but the GT is really a special car.

 

We should be getting two as well. A red one with white stripes, and a silver one with black stripes. I am sure someone with too much money will be willing to pay that!

Well in this case, Invoice is what the dealer really paied for the vehicle. Retail is what Ford suggests a customer pay for the vehicle. But the dealer will not be selling it for retail. We have a bid for $50,000 over retail right now!!!!! But it is not sold, So someone could still out bid him and take the car.

 

Thats just crazy. and $750 for painted brakes!

 

Come on people, if you had that kind of money you'd spend it too ^_^
