Grumbles... Ford could have learned alot of those lessons. I could never figure out why Ford had such a love affair with a lengthy parts lists?

Just take 1970 for instance; Windsor V8 with numerous differences between the two or was it three deck heights, Cleveland V8 with the M variant, FE engines and the 385 series big block.

Sigh... if only they would have had the Windsor small block with two different deck heights and maybe a different timing chain cover and worked off of that, this story might have been a little bit different.
