))

I got this off another web-site, it's the Volkswagen Golf GTI prototype for last month's Paris Auto Show.

So they used straps to lower the car?

It is just an auto show. I guess they didn't have time to cut the springs?

Doesn't seem like a big deal to me really.

I think it is a big deal if a couple hundred thousand people see it and believe that is the cars stance.

Just my humble opinion.

Maybe that will be the stance? Car shows have concepts and prototypes.

Keywords are 'concepts' and 'prototypes'.

It wouldn't be a big deal if this happened to Dacia or Lada.

But this is a VW, world's 3rd largest auto-maker and company that made over $20 billion in profit last year.

Meh. Doesn't bother me. Maybe I'm alone.

I would have expected better profit than $20 mil.

I'm not surprised by this. It just looks sportier with the low stance and big wheels. Why not make it just a little more appealing for the show.

Nice!

I guess profits are still politically acceptable in Deutschland.

Now we know why they're not headquartered in (75%) France!

I'd be more concerned if this was taken on a dealer lot as opposed to an Auto Show. Production springs might not be ready as produced by a possible outside vendor.

Hate to tell you, but this is common for both Autoshows and Photoshoots. Been doing this for 27 years.
