Who would have "thunkin" (lol) that a Japanese game would have an American made Ford GT for its cover car...too cool

ya know, in GT3, the GT40 is by far one of my favorite cars to drive in there. It is the most responsive handling and rpm wise of any of the other cars in there (not counting any of the road cars or f series.)

 

is that game gonna be for ps2 or 3?

 

supposed to be for ps2, but they keep pushing the date back, so i wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt make it out for ps3

 

yea it does keep pushing it back but it's supposed to come out 12/15/04 for PS2( I think that's the date)

 

sad news, i checked Ebgames.com last night and the preorder ship date has been pushed back to 02/01/05

 

Thats fine, the longer they push it back the longer I can hold off from buying a PS2 to play it and the more mods for my car!

 

lol, i have 2 but one is with my brother at school in Baltimore and one is here with me at school in Michigan....but I took mine apart and now it doesn't work anymore--at least for now, have to make sure I fix it before it comes out...seems like I have a lot of time now. I wish they would not announce a ship time till they absolutely know when they're gonna ship it cause I may be forced to buy some other game similar to the old TOCA for the computer and playstation

 

I just got a demo CD with GT4 on it, only thing is I don't have working system to play it on till my brother comes back from school....DARNIT!

 

Lol, mine works...unless you have a blue bottom disk, in that case, you must put it in the vertical position (dunno why, but this is the only way it will work) and even then only about 50% of the time and it freezes often. i bought mine way back when they was still 3 C notes. anybody else got this problem. im thinkin of tryin to reutrn it n get the thin version even thou i bought it over a year ago.... help....

 

Yea, I used to have that problem with my first generation PS2 (just had to be one of the first to have one ya know) untill i got my second generation 'station and I didn't have that problem anymore.

 

All the first gen PS2s had that problem...there is an easy fix(used to be on TechTV's website, now its G4...it might still come up on a search, though)

I can't wait until this game comes out...
