I was following one of these on the way to work and was surprised by the exhaust note, it was loud but sounded really good, quite unlike the vast majority of flatulent, blatting four bangers. While a quick little bugger at most, it certainly sounded powerful.
I'm not sure how it made it past any drive-by testing standards. It had a deeper, richer tone than most fours -- if they all sounded this good, I'd be less depressed by the migration to the ubiquitous turbo four across the automotive landscape. It reminded me of the old Saab 900s which also had a deep, rich, burbly and non-blatty exhaust note.

Its not bad looking and is fun to drive. its also more fun to drive then a v6..
