To be honest, the design looks like a conventional gasoline powered vehicle. All the vents, scoops, etc. for brake cooler, oil coolers, radiators and vents to let out heat and trapped in air are usually for gas powered cars. Electrics don't require all those vents and scoops.
So if it were petrol based, where would the exhaust exit? Tougher question than you think. There are so many places the combo pic looks confusing!
