sorry for the abrreviation, had to make it fit lol.
i was flippin thru my latest issue of Hemmings Auto Trader and i saw an ad for Easy rods. but has any one else heard of these? or better yet, built one? i'd love to know how difficult they are to build from a consumer's point of view, instead of the advertisments
heres the deal:
you have an 87-97 Tbird or Cougar
you buy the fiberglass pieces (front end and read end, the middle stays the same)
you put it together and you have a sharp looking car
this is especially cool because these model years arent as cool as they could be
Couger based:

Tbird based

i was kinda interested (my cousin has a slightly battered 94 bird that i really wanted to rescue). i thought it'd be fairly simple but the videos, while they say its "easy" it looks more difficult than they advertise. and for some odd reason they fell its ok to charge more money so you can get the headlights GRrr. but the end result is pretty hot.
so what do youa all think?

its confusing i know. its looks all 40s until it hits the roofline, and then when it hets the rear you're like WTF? the rear is the worst part IMO. but it aint that bad for the money
lets see some more opinions

I've never liked those personally, actually I rather abhore them. I've seen similar stuff done for the Fox-based "Aerobirds" (83-88) and it looked a bit better on that body than on those.
