Dodge Dealer

As some of you know my wife bought a new 09 SRT8 Challenger and it is a very nice car, but the other day we noticed that the trim panel that protects you from the seat track under the driver seat was broken in half. Never noticed it before but took it to Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert, Az dropped it off the service manager called back said "Your Car Is Ready" about 2 hours after I dropped it off. Wow that was fast! Right? Wrong, I go in and they say we have to order the part so ok whatever. 2 days later they call and say the part is in, so I take off a few more hours from work drop it off this morning, and now an hour later they call me back and....Wrong Side sorry come and get your car and we will order the right part....So now I have lost 5 hours of work and they still did not fix the car... I hate to see if something was really wrong with it. Just had to vent a bit even though it is under warranty it has cost me about $250.. I should send them a bill...

To be fair, perhaps the stocking boy... er, robot... at central didn't get it right and inadvertently put a right side in a left side bag?

And you might can get a couple of oil changes for your troubles if you complain politely about the issue... they'll charge it upstream, no worries.

Here is the best part guys and thanks for the feedback but I am serious they said this to Denise on the phone..
"When they call you and tell you the part is in, could you please ask them to open the box to make sure they have the right part" Really????? They want us to do that... Just speechless so when I picked the car up they actually said yup please ask the Service adviser to check the box.. Man So I could not resist and said do you want me to take it across the street to my Ford Dealer to fix it??? LMAO
