They messed up well doing the deal. When I bought my 2009 from them I bought a few aftermarket warranties. I cancelled these about 2 months ago to lower my payoff. The finance guy at the dealer did not listen to me when I told him I already traded in the warranties. They worked these warranties in to the deal and now want me to pay them $2,000 out of my pocket. OR they want to take it out of my SC money or have me come in and sign a new deal for $30 more a month on the deal. I have a "We owe" saying they owe a ford racing supercharger kit installed. They will not be able to live up to the deal.
The dealer GM told me to pick or they would do it for me.
What should I do??? any thoughts (dealer guys?)

I understand the basic idea of your problem.
I would need to know more detail to give advice.
"Worked into the deal" doesn't give enough info and that is probably what they want.
If you have proof you have canceled the warranties and the money has been credited, it can't be part of the new car deal.
You have already signed something and taken delivery.
Are they telling you your pay-off is not what they expected?

Read you paperwork. Did they give you credit on the paper and does it show you paid? If it doesn't say the down is from the cancelled warrant, they need to eat it@!
Otherwise, you may have to out pocket the down from your warranty refund.
