It reminds me of a VW Beetle. I would have to see some more of that car to form an opinion on it.

From the rear, it's almost like a hot-rodder's interpretation of a 2CV. Toss the wheels, clean up a few of the details, and this would make a fine retro-mobile. Definitely looks better than just about any small Toyota or Nissan in that size range.

I imagine that it's a folding soft top like the original 2CV had or maybe sliding panels that fold back, and maybe those are exposed hinges? I was originally thinking maybe they were Solar Cells since it is supposed to be an Electric vehicle, but I don't think so. Anyway I kinda like it. It's funky and original, and a good modern take on the original 2CV.

Mystery Solved, It's a Folding Rag Top. I'm really digging this little car. Well the Interior is a little too much but I like the bodywork.
