hahaha thats just crazy stuiped. That has to be 6+ oz., if a tire needed that much weight to be balanced they would junk it.

I looked at one a few weeks ago on a dealer lot, and I remembered the weights. It was about dusk, and I leaned down looking for the shiny weights like all of the pics I had seen. Didn't see them, and thought "hey, they fixed the problem". They fixed the problem alright. The problem of them being so noticeable. Upon closer inspection they were there...but they were painted black and blended in with the caliper.
