To spice up their Mustang line up, the should offer something different that no one else does. Like what they did with the S-351. They offered a 5.8L and a 6 speed. Which was something not offered in the Mustang outside of the '95 Cobra R. What I always thought would be cool, would be to drop the NA 7.0L V8 from the S7 in a Mustang. Call it a S-427.

 

that's not a bad idea at all. there's always a market for mustangs with bigger engines. Hell they could even drop that 650hp 5.0L V8 that's in the raptor in a mustang

They already do. It's the S-302E motor.

 

You're right! but it only makes a measly 620hp instead of 650hp
