I can see the potential there on the interior. It's close to the concept but thei is obviously a half finsished car. I'll hold out judgement till I see a finished version.
I can see them doing on nice color keyed panels on that too.
I also like the fact that Lutz has said to leave the camo off to gague reactions from fans. excellent idea considering the car is close to the concept in looks anyway.

that thing is nasty!!! nothing like ruining the interior looks to top off an already dumbed down version of an ok looking prototype
i dont have much good to say about the camaro.... never really liked the concept much either

I found this pic of it. IMO it looks decent could use some work though.

all i get is "ze link ist verbotten!" no work for me - and yes, based on the other pics posted, this version of a retro instrument cluster and that center stack get a

^I thought that myself, as for the Corvette steering wheel thing, they probably took the wheel from the Covertte and put it on the Cobalt. Either way, that's not a very impressive looking interior. I wouldnt want the guages in the center stack either.
I admire them going for a different look - and I like the location of the secondary gauges (different) - but the execution thus far is awkward, and dare I say, ugly.
I suspect this is still some ways from complete.

Yes, one of the engineers (or at least someone involved in the building of the car) posted on a camaro board that the interior shots should be taken with a grain of salt because it is not finished. The stuff inside that car right now is just a cobbled together bunch of parts.
Yes the tape or whatever that is on the screen should be one clue its not the final version yet. Those radio controls are a little bit funky and I wish they would have kept the guages on the flat part of the console instead of going up the stack as well. Steering wheel also looks a bit odd being off center like that but altogether I'll take it even if it is as Scott said only about 65% of what it will actually look like.
I was never a fan of the car (I like the Challenger better of the two), but the gauges on the center console for gas and other items isn't the best execution IMO. You will always have to look down to see how much gas you have left. Not a good idea to take your eyes off the road.
The Camaro is going to be this time as it has been every time. A mish-mosh of mediocre styling, hodgepodge interior and a GREAT engine. Its the identical formula that closed the plant the last time.
NEWS FLASH!! GREAT ENGINE ALONE WON'T SELL A CAR!

What a horror show, if thats not a 98% production interior, release won't be before 2015. Dash development is 30% of the cost and time in new car production. SSR+sex with cobalt= Camaro interior. And I like how they took the worst of 60's ergos to the new car in the name of retro. Ugh, someone should of said, 'ok-we need to give up on the concept dash' about 2 years ago. I had two 67 Firebirds and a 69, and I still say it sucks.
