Ford made a 7 lug F-250 in 97 and 98, it looks like the 97-03 F-150 but it said F-250 LD on it. They also offered a 7 lug option package, called the 7700 series for the 00-03 style, i am not sure what exact years. The 04-05 has a 7 lug package called the 8200 Series Heavy Duty package. Does anyone here have one of those trucks?

My uncle does, here is a picture. Aftermarket wheels are also very rare as not many manufactuers made them and the ones that did dont anymore.

Here is a pic of the 16.5 inch high 7 lug welds my uncle got off of eBay, he no longer has them because one of the wheels were warped and they will no longer make 16.5 high tires in a few years.

ya, i've seen just a couple of those F-250s that look like 150s. Kinda weird. Were there also regular super duty-looking 250s at the time? LIke were there two versions of the F-250 at the same time?

Yes, 2 versions of the F-250 at the same time, the regular looking 8 lug and the F-150 style 7 lug labeled a F-250 LD
