The 425-horsepower, normally aspirated 6.1-liter HEMI is the highest specific-output engine ever offered by the Chrysler Group. Its 69.8 horsepower-per-liter rating exceeds even that of the legendary 1966 "Street HEMI." Torque is rated at 420 lb.-ft
I am a lifelong Mopar hater, but I can't help it. I really like the 300C. I think it is one of the most stately cars attainable to the common man, and it kicks hiney. I have read speculation in the car mags about a coupe and cert version coming soon. Santa, I'd like a black 300C SRT coupe please.......oh yeah, and that new Cobra as well.
To me it looks like a Bentley wannabe, but what do I know?
That is some sweet power, but I'd like to see the 1/4 mile times, because that has got to be one HEAVY car. I drove a 340 hp Hemi Magnum, and it was SLOW.

04 Mustang GT Curb Weight : 3273-3317
Dodge Magnum Curb Weight: 4142 pounds
04 Mustang GT: 0-60 mph: 6.1 sec
05 Magnum: 0-60 mph: 6.3 sec
Its no Mach 1 or Cobra, but that's where the SRT-8 comes into play.
