Is there a $100 fee for each visit for warranty work ?
I`ve searched the forums, can`t find a mention. Or nothing on the Ford.ca site.

I`m in for first time with wet carpet on the passenger side.

 

NO. No deductible, unless you are out of the original 3/36 bumper to bumper and are talking about an extended warranty of some sort. Those sometimes do have a deductible.

 

NO CHARGE

Some dealers will try to charge you a diagnostic charge if they do just tell them your going to call ford canada in Oakville and they should change there mind..

 

I`m in for the second time in as many weeks for wet carpet on the passenger side and the first visit no mention was made of any charge but they did charge me 2 days for 4 days on a Focus rental car at $15 a day. That was considerate but now on the second time I will have had it in for over a week as I wait for parts to fix leaking seals in the side mirrior of passenger door. I hope they cut some of the days off here too.

Dams Ford in Surrey BC has through the years always given me top notch service wether it was the body shop, parts or service depts. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this area.
