Thumbs up Good day

Had a great time today, for the first time at the track.

Although the weather was pretty cold, and there was no sun,
we can all pretty much blame the track conditions
Even the 03/04 Cobra's were running 13.22-13.27s consistantly

Heres my personal results:
......60'.........1/4 Mile...........
1) 2.380 14.640/95.66MPH
2) 2.479 14.638/98.70MPH
3) 2.398 14.348/101.87MPH
4) 2.472 14.646/99.55MPH
5) 2.502 15.382/96.71MPH
6) 2.533 14.821/99.35MPH

At least I was fairly consistant.
that 15 was a missed shift... blahhhhh
Thanks steve, now i'm hooked... bushtad

6 runs in 1.5 hours
The first 3 runs were in the first 10 minutes at the track

It was dead then...us and a handful of other cars were the only ones running...

14.340, not bad for a Ragtop without a CAI. lol I would have loved to break the 14. Next time.

2>14.8@97.15mph
3>14.7@98.16mph
4>14.4@98.23mph
5>14.340@99.27 (WITH A PASSENGER!!!) sorry pete lol

I probably had more weight in my gas tank :P

But yes, I'll man up... you beat me by 0.008 seconds
Next time...we line up

We'll just have to plan it next year in the spring when its still cool, but the sun comes out to warm up the track.

Now if you'll excuse me..I have to go pull some VHT off my car

It was a great time as usual... if Cayuga was closer i'd probably be in debt for modifications.

my best time was 13.76 @ 105 mph, with a little more practice, i'll get my 60' times down. The trap speed was good for low 13's

Simon may be referring to getting your first scratch on the car (not counting under the car).

Just don't do that the way Simon did!

No scratches yet, except when I bottomed out on a rock with 180km's on the car. 2 rock chips which I repaired with Langka, that stuff is pretty darn sweet.
