Mobil1 5w20
most of those stores we won't have here in canada.
to be honest, Mobil 1 is made by ESSO iirc, so if you're in a pinch, most stations SHOULD have all the weights.
in this part of the country, i know NOCO sells cases of everything - check noco.com/canada to see if they have a warehouse near you.
i would suggest going to your local walmart or crappy tire and having them check their system to see if they even carry it at all, and if so, what stores stock it. will be easier then driving around aimlessly
on a related note, what are all the 05 GT guys out there running right now? i heard that ESSO's premium dino oil is also rebranded under the mastercraft name at crappy tire - they only have 5W30 tho...

Currently I am running Motorcraft 5-20 from ford, but this will be the 3rd oil change comming up, and I want to switch to a full synthetic.

Apparently the 5W20 they use at the dealer is just Castrol
I did see 5W20 at the Canadian Tire at my house.
I will bet they will be trickling on shelves soon.

I think I will be switching to FULL synthetic (Mobile 1 5w20) on the next oil change (in a few weeks). I debated for a while whether to stick with Ford's oil but nothing beats full synthetic for those winter starts.
I'm almost positive most crappy's will have it btw.
I never thought of Napa... I'll check them out tommorow.
PartsSource has a 0-20, which they say will work fine, but I would really like the 5-20. There is only 2 crappy tires in regina, and neith have it. Do they think people in Saskatchewan don't drive cars that use 5-20? This is getting very frustrating.

Is there really a place called "crappy tires"?

i'll go synthetic on the 3rd oil change

The third oil change is a bigger service. They also inspect the brakes. I might get them to do the brake squeel TSB while they're at it.

That's the one I have coming up.

The third service (9 month/15000km) is just the oil change and inspection. The fourth service (12 month/20000km) is the bigger one with brake inspection/servicing, tire rotation, lubing hinges etc and cleaning battery terminals.
Remember the "Warranty Coverage for Specified Components" (brake linings, clutch, wiper blades, wheel balance and alignment) are covered for 12 months or 20000 km, so make sure you have the brakes checked before 20000 km.

Oh, and you're right, I'm actually going to be on my fourth (20,000km) service soon.
I think I'm going to have my oil changed to synthetic (I'll provide), my brakes inspected (and TSB done since mine squeel in the rear) and if its late enough, put my winters on at the same time.
Well, no luck at NAPA either. Over the last 3 days, I've now tried every auto parts store in the yellow pages, and nobody here carries it, and nobody here even wants to order it for me.
Looks like I am poo out of luck.

Ok. I found an Esso bulk oil dealer outside the city. (Apparently, imperial oil, esso, is the main dealer for mobil products in Canada)
They stock the 0w20, and tell me that the 5-20 is not available here. Does anyone know if this is true, or have you guys been using 0-20?
