Boston area performance shop recommendations
Hi, I live in the metro Boston area and this spring I'm looking to have some work done on my car with the intention of doing more racing at New England Dragway this spring and summer. Anyone have any recommendations for places to contact? I'm looking for a shop which maybe specializes in Mustangs or Ford vehicles. Thanks for any help.

Depending on what you want to do, Lee Myles AutoCare in Dorchester (1110 Dorchester Ave) has a full shop that can build race Spec Trannys , install superchargers and other "Go-Fast" goodies, along with suspension upgrades. If enginre upgrades are needed, we have a direct line to a machine shop that specializes in high Hp custom engines (you pick the HP range!) Dana has built Engines that have run in the 6.00's and over 200mph+
Custom tuning is available, with flatbed transport to the Dyno Shop upon completion of upgrades, if needed.
Feel free to give a call, ask for Junior or Bob. 617-282-0488

Dez racing in seekonk Ma and don't look back. One of the best and well known mustang /ford guys in the area. He has done many feature articles/tech stuff in most of the mustang mags. He also did my rear end build,SFCs and suspension build and alot of stuff for guys in my local club, absolute top notch work. He will be building my 347 for me. ask for Mike or Rob.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll keep them all in mind once the spring rolls around. I'm following a thread on another forum where someone is working on a turbo kit for the new V6. If it comes in at a reasonable price I may end up going with that and will look at these guys mentioned for the install.
